We present an easy take on a drink from our latest cocktail list. It's a large-volume pre-mixed that's packed full of flavours of the holiday season, which makes it perfect for hosting a holiday party. Any leftover cordial to use in morning drinks, sweets, or to mix another batch of this cocktail.

Serves 10 guests
For the Clementine Cordial (makes 750ml)
300ml fresh clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g caster sugar
To make the Drink (makes 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml decent vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml clementine cordial (from the recipe above)
Fresh cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch
Directions
For the Syrup: Put the listed components into a saucepan, heat until it reaches a light boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Then, remove from the burner allowing it to cool fully. Transfer into a clean bottle, close it and store in the refrigerator, it can be stored for about a month.
Preparing the Batch Mix: Mix every liquids into one large bottle, leave to sit for an hour, then filter it best through a fine cloth, making it perfectly clear.
To serve: Add 85ml of the batch mix into your stirring glass packed with ice, gently stirring gently for one minute until cold. Pour to a cold coupe glass or similar, top with a few cranberries adding the final touch by giving it a quick spritz of the essential oil over the drink.
